Step 1, Select “Partition Recovery” mode and the hard disk
If the operating system can boot up normally, as soon as you run Data Recovery, a main window appears with four options. Select “Partition Recovery” and hard disk. Then click “Next”. Then scan the hard disk to find partition table.
Step 2, Select the partition you want to recover
In this window, you can see all partitions including primary partition as well as logical partitions. Select the partition where your files lost, and click “Start” to retrieve corrupted partition and restore data.
Note: If you hard is in the Raw state, please select “Enable Raw File Recovery”.
